The usual fee charged by real estate agent is 1 month rental for their commission based one year rental contract, 2 months rental as fee for 2 years and so on. As the property owner, you do not required to pay tenancy agreement and stamp duty when your property is rented out as these charges will be borne by the potential tenant.
The deposits for new tenancy will be collected on your behalf, and bank into your account accordingly after the tenancy deal and agreement has been negotiated with proper booking done for your property.
